Essential Responsibilities of Research, Evaluation, and Technology:
- Overall direction of all district research and evaluation studies, testing programs, and student/program assessment instruments.
- Analyze and interpret school and student test results/surveys/questionnaires.
- Coordinate projects for evaluating the learning environment in each school.
- Prepare accountability reports that include student testing information, student/staff climate surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, graduate follow-up studies, and other data.
- Provide the districts' personnel with the needed technical assistance in the design and execution of research and program evaluation studies.
- Assist the districts' personnel in understanding the evaluation components of assessment programs.
- Develop and coordinate a regular meeting process with experts in the field of research and evaluation.
