Strategic Plan Public Input

The Santa Barbara Unified School District has launched a Strategic Planning Task Force, responsible for engaging in research, analysis, and writing to produce a comprehensive three- to five-year Strategic Plan. The plan will be used to guide the district through a critical and fundamental transformation.

With a target date of July 2012 for the initial working draft, the district is currently working to establish review and feedback opportunities during the next several months.
