Real Property District Advisory Committee
The Santa Barbara School Districts’ Real Property District Advisory Committee was established to meet, investigate, hold hearings and make recommendations to the Board of Education with regard to the unused real estate owned by the Santa Barbara Elementary and High School Districts. In carrying out this task the committee will consider possible future use of the properties, as well as possible district needs which might be funded if the properties, or any of them were sold, exchanged, leased or developed for specified purposes.
