2008-09 School Calendar Adopted by Board of Education

At last night’s board of education meeting, the board unanimously approved the 2008-09 school calendar. School will begin on August 25, 2008, for both the elementary and secondary districts. There will be a two-week winter break and a one-week spring break. School will be out on June 4 for both districts.

The Cleveland and Santa Barbara Community Academy calendar will be identical in 2008-09. First day of school for students will be July 16, 2008. Their first intersession will be September 22--October 10. Cleveland and the Academy will have a three-week winter break. Their second intersession will be March 20-April 10. The last day of school will be June 11, 2009.
