Board of Education Recognizes the Dos Pueblos High School Engineering Academy
On January 22, the Board of Education voted unanimously to recognize the Dos Pueblos High School Engineering Academy (DPEA) through the adoption of a board resolution. The resolution specifically recognized the DPEA for its past success in increasing student involvement and success in science, technology, engineering, and robotics; for obtaining a $3 million matching grant from the state for the construction of a new facility on the Dos Pueblos High School campus, housing industry-grade laboratories, electronics instrumentation, and robot construction, and for being a vital and ongoing part of Dos Pueblos High School.
