Requests for Proposals for Tatum and Hidden Valley Sites

The board approved the development of a Request For Proposals (RFP) for the Tatum and Hidden Valley sites at the May 27 meeting.

On December 4, 200, and February 26, 2008, the board considered options for development of the properties in order to generate revenue for the general fund. The next step is to authorize the development of an RFP and obtain board approval to issue the RFP.
