Gap Fire Update: Summer School Classes Cancelled at Dos Pueblos High School for Thursday, July 3
Summer school at Dos Pueblos High School is cancelled for Thursday, July 3, 2008, because of the nearby Gap Fire. For the second day in a row, the campus will be used by Santa Barbara County emergency services as a staging area and incident command center.
Three hundred sixty students are enrolled in the summer session at the Dos Pueblos High School. The school is located at 7266 Alameda Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117.
Summer school classes will not be held on Friday, July 4, a legal holiday.
