Corwin Press Grants Bolster Elementary Library Collections
Congratulations Nancy Tobin, Santa Barbara School Districts’ elementary district librarian, for grant writing that resulted in three $1,000 grant awards from Corwin Press. The grant awards will go to the libraries at Cleveland, Harding, and McKinley elementary schools.
At Cleveland, the $1,000 grant represents 55 percent of the library book budget, it is 43 percent of McKinley’s book budget, and 42 percent of Harding’s book budget.
