News from Special Education’s Transition Program

On October 15, 2008, Mayor Marty Blum hosted the Fourth Annual Mayor's Breakfast in observance of National Disability Awareness Month. The breakfast, held at the Cabrillo Arts Center, honored local businesses that employ people with disabilities. The following businesses were recognized for their efforts; Special Education Director Anissa McNeill pointed out that that these local businesses employ students enrolled in the districts’ Transition Program.:
