Board Discussion of Interdistrict Transfers in the Santa Barbara Elementary School Districts
Santa Barbara School Districts' Board of Education recently discussed a report on basic aid based on projections that the elementary district may be funded as a basic aid district this next school year, 2009-10. If the elementary district decides to stop interdistrict transfers, it will make the district's basic aid position stronger. The board will discuss the issue further at the next board meeting, Tuesday, February 10.
