Special Education Liaison Is Now Providing Services and Is Located at Santa Barbara Junior High
Rosa Lazarovits is the districts’ new parent resource-bilingual special education. She serves as the liaison between the special education department and parents of students with disabilities. Rosa provides assistance and information to parents in areas related to special education, including Individual Education Plans (IEPs), related processes and procedures and community resources. Her office is located at Santa Barbara Junior High School, Room 215, and she is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 pm.
