Goleta Valley Junior High PTA to host panel discussion tonight on local medical marijuana dispensaries
QAD representatives to award Project Upgrade grant to Franklin Elementary School on Monday
Goleta Valley Junior High’s PTA will meet this evening at 6:30 p.m. and hosting a panel and discussion in the auditorium on medical marijuana dispensaries. PTA president Carrie Hawn has invited Geoff Banks from the Sheriff Department and Shereen Khatapoush from the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse to speak to parents about the impact of dispensaries that are currently operating in the community.
