Districts’ String Festival
The Santa Barbara School Districts’ String Festival will take place next Wednesday, March 17, at 7:00 pm in the San Marcos High School Auditorium. The is a free event, open to the public. "The Santa Barbara Area String Festival is a unique music experience for performers and audience members. String players of all ages and experience levels are invited to participate, making it one of the most inclusive festivals of its kind in Southern California. Over 200 string players are expected to participate including string players from Santa Barbara Elementary School District, Goleta Union School District, private schools, and adult orchestras."
