Tri-County GATE Council recognizes its own
Each year Tri-County GATE Council solicits nominations for teachers, administrators, and parents who have made outstanding contributions to the education of gifted students. A recognition luncheon and award assembly was held in their honor on Friday, March 12, 2010. The event took place at the Ventura Unified School District Offices.
The two 2010 honorees from the Santa Barbara School Districts are Barbara Barr, Roosevelt Elementary School teacher, and secondary district parent Janet Rowse. Congratulations Barbara and Janet for your outstanding work as advocates for GATE students.
