AVID Senior Celebration on May 19
The Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) Program will host AVID’s Senior Celebration this Wednesday, May 19, at the Marjorie Luke Theatre at Santa Barbara Junior High. The 4:30-6:30 p.m. event will honor this year’s 73 graduates from Dos Pueblos, San Marcos, and Santa Barbara high schools and their acceptance to college. These 73 students have been enrolled in the program since their freshman year and some started AVID while in junior high.
