Santa Barbara High Dons have strong showing on Advanced Placement tests
Five National AP Scholar designations were granted to Santa Barbara High students who received an average score of at least four on all AP exams taken, and scores of four or higher on eight or more of these exams:
- Manon Cooper
- Georgia Macy
- Kenneth Myers
- Rebecca Neilsen-Robbins
- Madison Taylor
Santa Barbara High also has 103 students who are rated AP Scholars by the College Board because all have passed at least three AP exams or more with a score of three or higher; 17 AP Scholars with Honors who have an average score of 3.5 on all AP exams taken and scores of 3.00 or higher on 4 or more of these exams; and 41 students who are Scholars with Distinction who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken and scores of three or more on five AP exams.
