Jog-a-Thon Results: Will Monroe Principal Celeste Darga Become a Superhero Tomorrow?
If Monroe Elementary School students reach their jog-a-thon fundraising goal of $12,000, tomorrow you can expect to see Principal Celeste Darga in her superhero duds (spandex, cape, and a wig) when the results are announced at 8:25 a.m. Additionally, Audrey Gronquist, a second-grade student who raised the most jog-a-thon money, will have the honor of serving as Monroe’s “Principal for the Day.”
