Local Education Agency Plans (LEAP)
The Local Education Agency Plans outline actions for the five performance goals:
- Improvement of student performance in reading and mathematics
- Improvement in programs for limited-English-proficient and immigrant students
- Professional development
- Safe, drug-free schools with environment conducive to learning
- Dropout prevention
